At the beginning of each school day, Webster students head for their homerooms where they will spend 2/3 of their time with their assigned teacher studying the three basic core subjects: reading/literacy, math, and social studies. Twice a year, parents meet with their child's homeroom teacher during Parent/Teacher Conferences to review the report card and discuss academic progress in these areas.
To contact your child's Homeroom Teacher, click on the appropriate grade below. There you will have an opportunity to visit the classroom website where your child's teacher will be listed:
Kindergarten First Grade | Second Grade | Third Grade Fourth Grade | Fifth Grade | Sixth Grade
Each homeroom is heterogeneous balanced, by grade, gender, racially, and skill levels. This enables Webster to address the full range of learning styles and academic abilities, such as for our ELL students or our gifted small cluster groups, to support every child's academic, cognitive, and social-emotional needs.
(Note: The homeroom teacher also teaches "health" which is one of two enrichment classes taught during Session One every year.)
