 | Greetings and welcome to Webster Magnet Elementary web
page. I am the Assistant Principal for the fourth - sixth
grades. I have taught in the Saint Paul and Minneapolis
school district over five years. My passion is to lead, learn
and serve.
My job responsibilities are vast, and I
am involved in every aspect of school and instructional
leadership. Some of my major accomplishments include
evaluating the professional teaching staff, developing and leading the
school continuous improvement plan, leading school wide staff
development efforts, maintaining school discipline, directing special

One of my greatest strength is in building effective
relationships that are vital to the teaching and learning
environment. I have experience working with a widely diverse
population of staff, students, and families representing a multitude of
cultural backgrounds. Based on my five years of teaching and
my recent years as an administrator, I have become particularly strong
at program oversight, staff evaluation, working effectively with a
diverse constituency and leading school improvement efforts.
